That is the “WAN” port and hence the correct one, note you can set up sqm on non-wan ports as well (actually you can set it up on multiple ports concurrently, but that seems more relevant after it works correctly on one port first). In cease you ever set it up on a LAN port, plea note that download/ingress and upload/egress in the GUI are from the router perspective, or aligned with the view from machines on the internal network if sqm is set up on the wan port, if sqm is activated on a lan port the meaning go ingress and egress reverse from the user perspective. Not that this matters in your case as you set symmetric shaper rates…
