Hi Dave,

The link to the promised ECN rant return 404s…
And regarding ECN on older macosx versions, didn’t the following suffice to activate it:
sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.ecn_negotiate_in=1 ; sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.ecn_initiate_out=1

I think I used that as early as macosx 10.8.5, but I never bothered to rest whether it actually works…
