In this case, it's unlikely to be a real problem.

Bufferbloat happens when you have a high bandwidth connection on one side and a 
low bandwidth connection on the other side of a router (the bigger the 
difference, the more likely you are to run into trouble)

In this case, the wifi issues overwelm everything else, and bufferbloat just 
isn't a noticable
