[Starlink] In loving memory of Dave Täht <3

That's sad news.
Dave sparked my interest in bufferbloat and related topics as a young
researcher, I often mention his name when speaking with students.
I'm proud to have met Dave in person once at a conference, he was a
great guy. May he rest in peace.
