claimed 12m active users by ipv6. btw, starlink has two customer as
numbers: 14593 and 45700 (in indonesia). 783k is the address block
size?

you few times before.

Btw, starlink has two customer as numbers: 14593 and 45700 (in indonesia)
783k is the address block size?

The ASN picture is slightly tricky, so let me split it by source.

A geofeed is self-published by the operator. It is authoritative for
geolocation hints of the prefixes Starlink lists. It is not authoritative
for ownership. With that in mind:

From the Starlink geofeed:

   - AS14593 (primary Starlink network)
   - AS27277 (SpaceX corporate)
   - AS45700 (PT Starlink Services Indonesia, their local subsidiary)
   - AS4787
   - AS149662

AS4787 and AS149662 are the tricky pair. A geofeed maps prefixes, not ASN
ownership. Both are registered in WHOIS to local Indonesian operators,
Cyberindo Aditama and Hostnet Data Global. Starlink is required to work
with local network access providers in Indonesia, so they likely appear
through that arrangement rather than as ASNs Starlink owns outright.

Not in the geofeed, but operated by SpaceX: AS40714 (Starshield, the
government and defense side). That one comes from the registry, not the
geofeed.

783k is the combined block for AS14593 and AS40714. I will add a note about
the ASNs in the post.

I do not think I mentioned anything around active users by IPv6. I recently
talked with our head of research, Oliver Gasser about IPv6 adoption. His
comment on another community post was: “There are many ways to measure IPv6
adoption: clients, servers, ASes, software, etc., so a single
metric/vantage point doesn’t tell you the whole picture”.
