Folks, 

Yesterday marked the fourteenth anniversary of Dave Täht’s original announcement of a testable version of fq_codel in CeroWrt - 14 May 2012. [1]

And yet, I still see messages on the forums saying, “My speed test is fine, but everything seems laggy...” It’s fascinating to see how long the tail is for vendor to understand this...
