[Make-wifi-fast] Updated LEDE build with airtime patches

Are you using the dual-dsthost and dual-srchost options?  If so, try 
removing those settings from SQM and uncheck all the checkboxes you 
selected to reach them.

Then try a test on Ethernet with SQM on.
